At NumArt, we are dedicated to exceeding your expectations with every interaction. Your satisfaction with our handcrafted mosaic masterpieces is our top priority, and we strive to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item purchased on www.num-art.com, you may do so under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving your mosaic or 10 calendar days from the shipping confirmation date.
- The returned item must reach our designated warehouse within 15 calendar days of the shipping confirmation date.
Please note: Customized, personalized, or modified mosaics are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Notify Us: Contact us at info@num-art.com within 3 calendar days of receiving the mosaic. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Repackage Carefully: Use the original packaging to ensure the artwork’s safety during transit.
- Ship Promptly: Send the mosaic within 5 calendar days of receiving it or 10 calendar days from the shipping confirmation date.
- Confirm Shipment: Email us at info@num-art.com with the shipment details for tracking and completion of the return process.
- Delivery to Warehouse: Ensure the mosaic reaches our corporate warehouse within 15 calendar days of the shipping confirmation date.

Conditions for Returns
- Notification and Timeline: Notify us within 3 calendar days and ensure the mosaic is returned within the specified timeframe.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs, customs fees, and additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed once the artwork is delivered safely to our warehouse.
- Currency and Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the same currency and exchange rate as the original order (minus shipping and customs fees). Allow 2 to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.
- Damaged Returns: NumArt is not responsible for damage caused during return shipment. Damaged mosaics will not be refunded.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
- The mosaic must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- Customized, modified, or personalized mosaics are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- NumArt reserves the right to designate specific items as non-returnable.
Important Notes
- Damaged Items: Receiving a damaged mosaic is extremely rare. If it occurs, please contact us immediately.
- Artistic Variations: Each mosaic is handcrafted, ensuring uniqueness. Slight variations may exist between the final piece and its design.
- Made-to-Order Policy: As each mosaic is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Approval Process: A final picture of your mosaic masterpiece will be sent to you for approval before shipping.
