At NumArt, we are committed to providing high-quality artisanal and artistic objects that showcase the unique vision of French artist Yann Faisant. Our products, including imaginary sculptures, artworks, and collectibles crafted in mosaics and pixels with our signature epoxy resin technique, are meticulously designed to bring beauty and inspiration to your space.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your NumArt® product purchased from us or an Authorized Partner exhibits a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge. Please note that this warranty applies only to original, unaltered mosaic artworks.
Scope of Coverage
Our warranty covers the mosaic surface, including stone or glass tiles, for the practical lifetime of the product. While we strive to meet superior standards, it’s important to note that normal wear and tear are expected over time. Factors such as environmental conditions and usage frequency may affect the longevity of your artwork.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, or natural color and material degradation over time. Additionally, damages to the mosaic frame, installation surface, or any accessories are not covered. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
While we endeavor to provide accurate and reliable products, NumArt® shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the artwork. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Shipping Costs
